About the Artist

Thank you for visiting my page! If you're here, I sincerely appreciate your curiosity in my work. Welcome! I'm Taylor, artist/owner of Alternate Endings Oddities. As a long time collector of trinkets and oddities with a severely overactive mind, I decided it was time to try my hand at making my own happiness by creating pieces that I'd love to have in my collection, and that's how this journey started. I took a class to learn how to spread butterfly specimens and I immediately knew it was something that helped to bring a quiet clarity to my mind. Since that day in early 2025, I've evolved my work and myself to be a much more confident person and artist. I may not necessarily love every piece I create, but I'm always finding inspiration within my journey. Collecting and creating are my main outlet from the stresses of life and my 9 to 5 style office job. Because of this, you'll often find an eclectic mix of pieces in my shop of all different mediums (insect art. sculptures, antiques, and prints to name a few). Every day, I continue to grow and I hope that any of my pieces will one day bring someone even half the joy I had while creating them. Thank you to all who support me and my work.
